I’m able to provide counseling in English and Spanish fluently. In counseling, I like using a non-pathological and teamwork approach where the clients are the experts of their own lives. I specialize in working with individuals, families, couples, children, and individuals in our criminal justice system, focusing on helping them reach self-actualization from their strengths and past successes. To do so, I use the following Evidence-based modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, Solution Focus Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and EMDR. I am an AFCC member.
